Sometimes a simple meal for supper is all it takes to please the family.  Make some cauli mash on the side with some green beans or another vegetable of choice such as stir fried peppers and onions.

A tasty, simple supper.  Sometimes we just want something that is down-home, simple cooking, right?...comfort food.   This makes a lot, so will feed a family.  If you like, you can spice this meal up with red pepper flakes or add a can of green chilies to the meat.
