DO YOU WANT TO MAKE THE BEST OMELET YOU WILL EVER EAT?!



Yes, I know many of you thinking, that you know how to make an omelet.  Everyone does pretty much.  However, I learned a thing or two from this enthusiastic post with excellent step-by-step photos: HOW TO MAKE THE BEST OMELET YOU WILL EVER EAT IN YOUR ENTIRE LIFE!! Go and have a look and ENJOY!  I really did.  I usually don't fuss too much with my omelets, but this was fun!  I can't remember which vegetables went into my omelet...bacon (does that count? LOL).  I'm in a funny mood this morning.  It looks like I had peppers (red and yellow) and fresh parsley and onion.  Mushrooms would have been good - ah, wait a minute - I see them! I added lots of cheese, of course! The trick is to be very patient and cook it on a lower heat, otherwise the omelet will turn too dark and that spoils the flavor.  The omelet cooks quickly in any case.
