A simple and tasty recipe for a week night.  Delicious, satisfying and rich flavors to warm you on a chilly evening.  Serve with guacamole or your favorite salad.

1 lb lean ground beef (0.45 kg)
1/2 tsp salt (2 mL)
1/2 tsp black pepper (2 mL)
1/2 tsp chili powder (2 mL)
10.5 oz can no-bean chili (298 g)
3/4 cup grated Cheddar cheese (175 mL)
3/4 cup grated Mozzarella cheese (175 mL)
2 eggs
3/4 cup mixture of whipping cream (175 mL)
  and water
1/4 cup Gluten-Free Bake Mix 2, OR Keto Bake Mix, OR (60 mL)
  almond flour
3/4 tsp cumin (3 mL)
1/4 tsp salt (1 mL)

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

In frying pan, over medium heat, brown ground beef, adding salt, black pepper and chili powder.  Stir in no-bean chili.  Place in 8-inch (20 cm) glass baking dish.  Top with cheeses.

In medium bowl, beat eggs with a fork.  Stir in whipping cream/water mixture, Gluten-Free Bake Mix 2, OR Keto Bake Mix, OR almond flour, cumin and salt.  Pour over casserole.  Bake 30 minutes.  Serve with salsa or sour cream, if desired.
