If you love mixing salty and sweet flavors, then this confection is for you! Although not identical to actual Payday Candy Bars, these homemade payday candy bars are still amazing and a big treat.
Use an 8-inch (20 cm) pan lined with parchment paper for easy removal of the payday bars or squares in this case. These are satiating with 4 .1 g protein in each homemade candy square.
For me these can be a stand-in dessert.
