BAKED SPICY LEMON GARLIC FISH

A very easy, quick supper that tastes delicious!  I used sea bass (called Corvina in Panama), but use your favorite fish.  My husband and I loved this delicious supper.  I have determined to make more healthy fish meals for us, so stay tuned as I share the ones that are deemed blog-worthy.

Ingredients:

1 lb 12 oz Sea Bass, OR (794 g)
  your favorite white fish
4 tbsp butter, melted (60 mL)
2 tbsp fresh lemon juice (30 mL)
2 tsp crushed garlic (10 mL)
1 tsp crushed red pepper flakes (5 mL)
3/4 tsp salt (1 mL)
1/2 tsp dried parsley (2 mL)
1/2 tsp black pepper (2 mL)
1 lemon, cut into thin slices, seeds removed

Instructions:

Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C).

In cereal bowl, melt butter in microwave oven.  Stir in lemon juice, garlic, red pepper flakes, salt, parsley and black pepper.  Wash fish and pat dry with paper towels.  Place fish on greased cookie sheet.  Pour seasoned butter over fish.  Top each fillet with a slice of lemon and place any extra lemon slices around or on the fish.  Bake 18 to 20 minutes, until fish flakes easily with a fork.
