This ooey gooey cinnamon bun bread delighted me.  It is so easy to make and have that fabulous cinnamon bun taste.  This makes a great treat any time of day.  I need to  make this again.

This loaf does not rise much but remains more dense, soft and moist - like the center of a cinnamon bun.  Delicious!  If you are a fan of the center of a cinnamon bun, you're going to like this cinnamon bun bread.

You will love how quick and easy this recipe is.  Before you know it, you'll be enjoying your cinnamon bun experience without all the fuss of actually making low-carb cinnamon buns; although those are great as well.  This is just easier.

I think one of the most beloved of comfort foods when it comes to baking is the "Cinnabon" flavor of the cinnamon buns we so fondly remember from our high-carb days.

You can make 18 slices, but since I liked these a little thicker, I cut 16 slices.
