It is imperative to use Bob’s Red Mill coconut flour for all my recipes!  Coconut flours differ in their ability to absorb moisture and that could affect the recipes.

(Gluten-Free Bake Mix 1 and 2 are completely interchangeable without modifications required to a recipe). Please note - all these bake mixes are mostly interchangeable with slight modifications of adding a little more bake mix or liquid as needed depending on what bake mix you are exchanging for the one in a recipe of mine, especially Gluten-Free Bake Mix one and two which are a straight exchange)
